Rome by scooter

Rome
(Italy)

What can you expect?
Wouldn't it be fun to explore Rome by scooter and feel like Audrey Hepburn in her “Roman Holiday”? You will pass through the centuries that made Rome the Eternal City.

You will meet Silvia - a professional tour guide and a local - in the city centre, where scooters will have been rented for you: you are ready to start this unforgettable experience by crossing the Tiber river and admiring the great dome of St. Peter’s next to the ancient fortress of Castel S.Angelo. You will “climb” (effortlessly!) the Gianicolo hill, one of the best belvederes in town. You will cross the trendy district of Trastevere and park the scooter for a short break. During this brief stroll you will enjoy a typical espresso coffee and Silvia will give you more great local tips (When in Rome...). You will drive along the Tiber and see some of the charming spots of the city, among others the Tiberine island, the Broken Bridge, the Mouth of Truth, and the Palatine Hill ruins. Of course you will throw a glance at the Colosseum before ending this orientation tour, a perfect way to start your own…Roman holiday!

(Price based on a couple. Discounted per person rate for larger groups. Price do not include the scooter rent, approx 50 euro per scooter, 2 persons are allowed on it)
