When you are traveling to another city and you think about the most unique experience, you will notice that this will not the standard sightseeing of the city. Of course the Eifeltower in Paris is impressive, the Sagrada Familia in Barcelona is beautiful, the food at the terrace in Rome was delicious.

But what you will remember for ever is the special little shop somewhere down a street where you had a nice talk with the owner, the street party where you were invited to after meeting some locals in a bar or the typical food in the small bar where only locals have dinner.
